Chemical Analysis
Rameshwar Alloycast is equipped with advanced chemical analysis facilities to ensure material consistency and compliance with customer specifications.
- In-house spectrometer capable of analyzing a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including iron-, nickel-, cobalt-, and aluminium-based materials.
- Every production heat is tested and verified before casting.
- Raw materials and scrap are inspected prior to use to maintain material integrity.
- Test samples and records are maintained for traceability and quality assurance.
Mechanical & Physical Testing
To verify the mechanical properties and performance of our castings, Rameshwar Alloycast utilizes a range of in-house testing equipment, including:
- Universal Testing Machine (UTM)
- Hardness Testing Machine
- Impact Testing Machine
- Metallurgical Microscope for microstructural evaluation
Testing Services Available
We provide a comprehensive range of testing and inspection services, including:
