Process

1. Tooling & Pattern Development

At Rameshwar Alloy Cast, patterns, dies, and tooling are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems, ensuring exceptional accuracy and repeatability. 2. Wax Pattern Production

Using precision wax injection techniques, Rameshwar Alloycast produces high-quality wax patterns that accurately replicate the final component geometry. Every wax pattern undergoes 100% dimensional inspection to ensure compliance with design specifications before advancing to the next stage.

3. Ceramic Shell Building

The wax patterns are assembled into trees or clusters and coated with multiple layers of premium ceramic material. This process is carried out in temperature- and humidity-controlled environments at Rameshwar Alloycast, ensuring superior dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and excellent surface finish.

4. Dewaxing

Once the ceramic shell has been built, the wax is removed through a controlled dewaxing process, leaving behind a precise hollow ceramic mold ready for casting.

5. Shell Firing & Metal Pouring

The ceramic molds are fired at temperatures ranging from 900°C to 1150°C, depending on the size and complexity of the casting. Rameshwar Alloy Cast then pours molten metal into the preheated molds under carefully controlled conditions to achieve high-quality, defect-free castings.

6. Fettling & Finishing

Following solidification and shell removal, castings undergo a series of finishing operations, including:
  • Gate Cutting
  • Gate Machining and Grinding
  • Sand Blasting
  • Shot Blasting
  • Leaching
  • Deburring

7. Heat Treatment
